I love how all you Hospice caregivers are so involved with your patients and families. Caring for our loved ones, keeping us updated and explaining what is going on. I feel so much better for Dad that you are there for him. Supporting him, answering his questions, giving him someone to talk to that is knowledgeable about what is going on with Mom. 

...the nurses and staff are extremely dedicated to each resident. I was blessed to have my mother experience their loving care. In fact, I saw my mother bloom during her stay at Heritage. It was so sweet when I realized that most of the staff, lovingly called her Grandma. My love and everlasting thanks to each of you. 

(Greenfield) The care that was given to my father was the very best. From all of the staff - from housekeeping, nursing and the kitchen - he lacked for nothing. His special diet needs were met, his inability to walk and his health issues were dealt with professionally and great deal of care. I cannot thank Care Initiatives enough.

We can't thank you enough for all that you do for my mother. Many of you have known her for a long time and for some it has been over 10 years. Living so far away in Michigan has meant our visites are never often enough, and now it is unknown when we can come again. 5 star facility with awesome staff and residents that will steal your heart! 

I have been so pleased with the care I received and the therapy was wonderful. I'm so much better prepared to go home. I would recommend anyone needing rehab to this facility.
