Very caring and well educated about their specialty! (Cedar Falls/Waterloo)

Ridgewood is a wonderful facility. I was a CNA there for 2 1/2 years. The administrator and DON are (the) best I (have) ever worked for. All the staff and employees there are great. Friendly, caring, hardworking. If you're a CNA or anyone looking for work in long term care facility, I highly recomend Ridgewood.

 Just wanted to tell you how much your understanding and compassion meant to us. The staff on the Memory Unity are awesome. The care provided to our mother was exceptional.

A Big Thank You to everyone at Kingsley Specialty Care. It's great to be home. One day at a time. Knee and balance (are) doing well, of course my puppies won't let me out of their sight. Keep up the good work. Very appreciated all that was done for me. God bless you all.

I was asymptomatic. The staff worked hard to keep everyone safe by wearing appropriate PPE. The staff was very friendly and attentive while I was in isolation.

Thank you for all your (Care Initiatives Hospice - Greenfield) help with our mom. She enjoyed everyone that came and helped take care of her and just ...talked to her. She was always smiling when Ashley came. So with everything that you guys helped with, even help(ed) Dad out, we send this donation in mom's name to help with whatever needed. Mom would (have) wanted us to do this. So again, thank you very much.

Thank you for such a special day with the Christmas dinner and party. Thank you does not seem to cover all the blessings you brought to the residents and visitors. As I looked around, there were smiles, laughter, friends greeting friends and a joyous atmosphere that filled the home. The dinner was outstanding.

Dear staff as you know my mother passed a week ago.You made my mothers last year happy and fulfilling. She loved eveyone who works there she made lots of friends also. You always treated her with dignity and caring compassion.I witnessed it everytime I was there visiting. I am writing this to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do.
