I love how all you Hospice caregivers are so involved with your patients and families. Caring for our loved ones, keeping us updated and explaining what is going on. I feel so much better for Dad that you are there for him. Supporting him, answering his questions, giving him someone to talk to that is knowledgeable about what is going on with Mom.
I am writing to say thank you very much for having a big heart for the needy and more so considering Uganda to be one of the beneficiaries. I acknowledge receipt of the items you sent through Roberta S. and I have delivered them to Hospice Africa Uganda (HAU).
These people are wonderful. They moved quick when we needed them and made the last few days of my fathers life as peaceful as they could. Thank you.
If you should ever have to go through a terrible time as we did, please remember Ridgewood and Care Initiatives Hospice - Albia. You will never be alone.
Thank you for the care you provided for our mom and for the support that you have shown our family. Our mom dearly loved Raelyn and Lori, and we found comfort in the words of Deb, Darci, Brenda, and Beth. You are all very special people.
Care Initiatives Hospice - Greenfield - Thank you so much for being involved in our father's last days. Everyone was so awesome in guiding us through making his and our days more tolerable. Your kindness was very much appreciated.

We want to extend our appreciation for the care and love that was shown to our father. We thank you for your kindness and support given to our family. All staff were good to us. Pam was especially helpful and Sue, the chaplain, touched our hearts and gave us God's peace and presence. Thank you again .
Thank you goes out to Care Initiatives Hospice (Sioux City) who recently helped guide my father through the final stages of his life. Your services were timely, effective, compassionate and well delivered. A special thank you goes out to Heidi and those that attended to our father's needs!
