In the Cedar Valley alone, we have 5 locations.  We are incredibly gratefully for the work that 24/7 BLAC is doing to increase opportunities for Black professionals in the Waterloo and Cedar Falls area, one of Care Initiatives’ largest markets,” said Abhay Nadipuram, Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Care Initiatives and Executive Sponsor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As a part of its DEI initiatives, Care Initiatives has pledged to donate $120,000 annually to organizations that serve a diverse cross-section of Iowa communities.

Partnerships like this allow us to fulfill our mission and advance economic vitality for our community and beyond.  The work of advancing equity requires us coming together, with bold intent and courage to make a better tomorrow for generations to come. These types of partnerships are a great way to force multiple opportunities for true transformation. Again, we send our sincerest gratitude to Care Initiatives and are looking forward to working together in the future to continue to make an impact.”
