“In my role as Team Director, I’m really looking forward to continuing relationships with our care partners and reaching more families all while retaining our amazing employee base,” Dooley said.

Outside of work, Dooley is active with her 8-year-old and 2-year-old. She volunteers at an elementary school in Johnston, is active with the Lutheran Church of Hope, enjoys Iowa State University athletics and spending time at their family lake house.
