Skilled nursing facilities are rated quarterly based on health inspections, staffing and quality measures of 11 different physical and clinical measures of residents.
Cherokee Specialty Care also received a rating of 4 out 5 in the U.S. News & World Report 2017-18 Nursing Home Finder report in November, 2017.
