Everyone was welcoming and very sincere. The department was very nice in every way.

I first want to start by saying – this is why I wanted to come back to NorthCrest Specialty Care. I think all of your OT and physical therapy are great. I’ve learned a lot through them. The staff are great and helpful. Also, they are understanding and if you have questions, they always seem to have the answers and if they don’t know, they try to find out for you. Your nurses are great. If you need something, they get it if they can. I like all of you very much!

The care I have been given at Northcrest has been exceptional. The staff is attentive and the facility is comfortable, clean and a fine place to recover. 

The staff worked so well together and seemed to really enjoy the patients and each other. Leslie and Paulette have created an effective and compassionate culture of caring. The staff always seemed to welcome Lori/family as part of the team, encouraging our input as they educated us.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful care the 2 weeks I spent with you. The friends I made, the therapy I had was indeed outstanding. I can't say enough good things about you. 

To the staff...You are all awesome!! You are definitely a team and a team of heroes. I want to thank you for making a difficult time in my life a little easier. I kind [of] hesitated to come and now it's hard to leave. Thank you all and good luck! 

I want to thank each and every one of you. I could not have gotten as far as I am now, after my stroke, if it would not have been for all of you! Life is a journey and we all have our troubles and obstacles to overcome. You have made the road easier for me!

My "disaster" enabled me to meet the most wonderful and caring people during my nearly month-long stay. God Bless You!
