Very caring facilty. Staff was awesome and cared for the patients and answered the family questions.
My dad has been a resident at Pinnacle Specialty Care since the facility opened and has had many medical issues. He struggles with Dementia and neurological issues. He always enjoys his meals and the CNA and nurses have been very attentive to his medical needs and in helping find activities he enjoys. The music there he enjoys and tells me how much he loves living here.

Thank you for taking care of my mom. With her not able to speak English, i was impressed with therapy, CNAs and nurses going above and beyond to please her. Not only did they find ways of communicating with her, they took care of her as if she was their own family. All of the staff was amazing, including management.
Could not have been treated any better. Nurses and CNAs would get me my stuff when I needed it. Food was excellent. If I have to come to any of these places it is going to be this one or else I won't go.
Pinnacle Specialty Care was my father's home these last 3 years. I would like to say thank you all so very very much for taking such great care of my dad. Nursing assistants and nurses, housekeeping and dietary you were all so nice to my dad. Even maintenance guy was great on a very windy day. The administration there were on the ball. Thanks for helping me out more than a few times. Sending our appreciation and hugs to every one of you. They did an outstanding job and I am very thankful.
