I was very pleased with the care my dad received at Ravenwood during his short-term stay in their skilled wing. Staff treated him like family and put my sister and myself at ease knowing he was being well taken care of. By the end of his stay, he had many inside jokes with staff and shared many laughs with them. To the OT, PT, nurses, housekeeping, aides, kitchen staff, managers, etc., my family appreciates you and the excellent care you gave to our dad. We won’t forget that you made a scary and stressful time more bearable for our family and the positive impact you had on our dad. What you are doing and how you are doing it matters. Thank you!
I just want to send a big thank you to all who made my stay comfortable. It was the last place I thought I'd be at this time in my life. but everyone was so kind and friendly. Therapists were great! Maintenance man Randy great! (LOL!) Also the food was great! I am a picky eater but I enjoyed every bit of it! Ate it all! Thank you for the friendliness and making my stay good.
Thank you for the thought you put into the visiting procedure that started today. I appreciate all the work you did to make this happen safely. You have a wonderful setup and process.I enjoyed my visit with Mom and look forward to doing it again.
Always excited to come visit. The desk ladies are always welcoming! As I walk down the hall everyone says hi and calls me by name! Love it there!
After my husband passed, I caught Covid and I was having falls. It was hard for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. After working with the therapy team, I am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and now I am able to go back home. All of the staff have been excellent. If it hadn’t been for the therapy staff, I don’t think I would have made it through.
...thanks again for all your team did for (my mom) while she was there. I'm so grateful that she was well cared for and has a very good taste in her mouth about her experience. She even liked the food! Her care team of nurses, aides, therapy, and such all treated her very well.
People there (Ravenwood) are wonderful.
Ravenwood is a great place. They continue to give Mom a great life. Thank you for all you do.
