New London Specialty Care receives highest rating

(October, 2019) New London Specialty Care earned a perfect survey administered by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals. They received zero deficiencies.  There are 440 nursing facilities in Iowa. Generally, only 5 percent are found to be deficiency-free.

Dubuque Specialty Care has been ranked as a 5-star skilled nursing facility by the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2017. Skilled nursing facilities are rated quarterly based on health inspections, staffing and quality measures of 11 different physical and clinical measures of residents.

Belle Plaine Specialty Care receives 5 stars

Throughout 2017, Belle Plaine Specialty Care has been ranked as a 5-star skilled nursing facility by the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Skilled nursing facilities are rated quarterly based on health inspections, staffing and quality measures of 11 different physical and clinical measures of residents.

Belle Plaine Specialty Care also received a rating of 4 out 5 in the U.S. News & World Report 2017-18 Nursing Home Finder report in November, 2017.

Bedford Specialty Care receives 5 stars

Corning Specialty Care rated 5 stars

Throughout 2017 and into 2018, Corning Specialty Care has been ranked as a 5-star skilled nursing facility by the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Skilled nursing facilities are rated quarterly based on health inspections, staffing and quality measures of 11 different physical and clinical measures of residents.

Pinnacle Specialty Care rated 5 stars

Pinnacle Specialty Care in Cedar Falls received a 5-star ranking throughout 2017 in “Quality Measures” for a skilled nursing facility from  the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Southridge Specialty Care rated 5 stars

Southridge Specialty Care in Marshalltown received a 5-star ranking throughout 2017 in “Quality Measures” for a skilled nursing facility from the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Correctionville Specialty Care rated 5 stars

Throughout 2017 and into 2018, Correctionville Specialty Care has been ranked as a 5-star skilled nursing facility by the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Skilled nursing facilities are rated quarterly based on health inspections, staffing and quality measures of 11 different physical and clinical measures of residents.

Correctionville Specialty Care also received a rating of 4 out 5 in the U.S. News & World Report 2017-18 Nursing Home Finder report in November, 2017.

Odebolt Specialty Care receives 5 stars

Odebolt Specialty Care has achieved the highest quality marks from the U.S. News and World Report’s 2015 Health Rankings. For Overall Quality they again achieved a Five-Star ranking. Five stars were also achieved for Quality Measures and four stars for health inspections
