Parkridge Specialty Care Admissions Coordinator Earns Always Improve Award

Barb Flagg, admissions coordinator at Parkridge Specialty Care in Pleasant Hill, received the Care Initiatives Always Improve Award at Care Initiatives’ annual awards brunch Friday, Dec. 15 in West Des Moines.

The award is given to a Care Initiatives employee who embodies the company’s core value to always seek out ways to improve quality in every way.

Michael Barton Wins Annual Slogan Contest

Michael Barton, floor care/maintenance person at Parkridge Specialty Care in Pleasant Hill, met Care Initiatives annual challenge to come with a T-shirt slogan for 2017. Based on the theme super heroes, Barton reflected upon his fellow employees and came up with, “The Superheroes at Care Initiatives do ordinary things in extraordinary ways.” He was announced the winner of the contest at the Care Initiatives annual award brunch Friday, Dec. 16 in West Des Moines.

Heather Cronk chosen for Care Initiatives’ ‘Be Consistent’ award

Heather Cronk, lead housekeeper at Parkridge Specialty Care in Pleasant Hill was awarded Care Initiatives’ “Be Consistent” award at the Care Initiatives’ annual award brunch Friday, Dec. 16 in West Des Moines.
