    (April 8, 2019) Chyann Vroegh, RN, BSN, has joined Care Initiatives Hospice as the Team Director for the Albia location. In her role as Team Director, Vroegh will oversee a team of a registered nurses, hospice aides, spiritual care and bereavement counselors, social workers and devoted local volunteers. The Albia Office serves patients and families in Marion, Mahaska, Keokuk, Lucas, Monroe, Wapello, Jefferson, Wayne, Appanoose, Davis and Van Buren Counties.

    Ashley Jeralds, Hospice Aide with Care Initiatives Hospice, has earned distinction as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Assistant (CHPNA).
