We want you all to know how much we appreciated your loving kindness to our Minnie R. We are so thankful to everyone who helped care for her. 

We were very pleased with the care at Ravenwood. They were attentive to Mom and always answered any questions we had. We wouuld highly recommend Ravenwood. 

I was asymptomatic. The staff worked hard to keep everyone safe by wearing appropriate PPE. The staff was very friendly and attentive while I was in isolation. 

When I came to Ravenwood, I was unsure of myself and I didn’t know what to expect. Right away, the staff made me feel comfortable. The wound that I came in with was severe, but the nurses were top notch. They took care of it every day, and every day it got better and better. Physical therapy stepped in right away too. I told them on day 1 that I was going to do my best and they helped me reach my goal by really pushing me.  I did cycling as part of my therapy, and the first day on that bike, I went for 15 minutes. Keep in mind that I haven’t been on a bike in 40 years. I was so tired after our session, but was encouraged to walk back to my room instead of being wheeled back in the wheelchair like I thought I was going to be. I walked back with a lot of encouragement, and I kept reaching my goals since then. I couldn’t have done it without ya—each and every one of you. Ravenwood is a really great place to be. 

To all the nurses in green: Thank you for listening to me and being conscientious about my medication  needs. Your care has helped my recovery.

...thanks again for all your team did for (my mom) while she was there.  I'm so grateful that she was well cared for and has a very good taste in her mouth about her experience.  She even liked the food!  Her care team of nurses, aides, therapy, and such all treated her very well.

Good food. I liked it - good selection. Bingo and music OK. Therapy pushes you a little bit, because I haven't done any exercise for years. I chose to come back for outpatient because they are helping me get back to who I was. Staff is friendly.
