    After a horrific car accident on Oct. 1, and 4 months away from home, 19-year-old Joey is heading home from Pinnacle Specialty Care!  

    Joey (gray shirt, hat in the center) came to us from Madonna Specialty Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska.  He was admitted there after an extended stay at the University of Iowa following a horrific rollover accident where he was a passenger on Oct. 1  He suffered multiple fractures, a traumatic brain injury, was on a tracheostomy and spent time in a coma. He needed extensive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy before returning ...

    Joseph Reese has joined Care Initiatives as Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. He has committed his career to long term care administration and has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in health administrative services with an emphasis in long term care and a master’s degree in healthcare administration.
