I was very impressed with the quality of the facility and especially the kind and caring staff that I met there. It was a pleasant experience to see your Mom at that fine, well-equipped, immaculately clean, modern facility. Your Mom looked better than I can remember seeing her in the past several years. A huge plus!

It's been a year since the passing of our mother, we still feel fortunate that she was able to spend her last few months under the care of LaPorte City Specialty Care. The extra effort and care did not go unnoticed. JoAnn loved being with family and friends and the atmosphere here fit that perfectly.

We want to extend our thanks to everyone for your care and concern for Mom. It meant so much to our family. This pizza lunch seem like a very small token of our appreciation however Mom loved pizza and she would have enjoyed the bars. She loved her sweets! God bless you as you continue working with those entrusted to your care, serving from your heart with patience and love. 

Thank you for the croton. I love plants! But I think you know that. Thank you for taking such good care of Mom. You kept her healthy and happy for a long time and for that I am eternally grateful. Hugs to all of you. You are all amazing at what you do.

Dubuque Specialty Care is like home. You can connect with many people.  The staff at Dubuque Specialty Care treat me very well. They aim to please and the staff have big hearts. I have progressed 100% in every aspect. They offer a variety of menu options and change up the menus as well. I enjoy having pizza day and going on outings to the casino. I have made new friends and learned new things.

I wish to express my personal satisfaction for the excellent care I received at Southridge. Your staff was great. Over and over I heard lots of ‘please’, ‘thank you’ and ‘you’re welcome’ both in my room and from conversations I overheard. The rehab team was also great. Thank you for being so kind to our dad during his stay. He always enjoyed your visits. 

You made my mothers last year happy and fulfilling. She loved eveyone who works there she made lots of friends also. You always treated her with dignity and caring compassion.I witnessed it everytime I was there visiting. I am writing this to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do.
